  • Availability of similar services or items elsewhere at a lower price does not qualify for a refund from our wellness center.
  • In the event of relocation to another country by consumer due to any reason, we regret that refunds of any amounts for purchased services cannot be provided.
  • For any refund requests not mentioned above, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted.
  • Please ensure that all services are utilized within the specified validity period.
